摘要
经2 g/L秋水仙碱羊毛乳剂处理、细胞染色体倍性鉴定,分别得到了栽培番茄粤农二号×类番茄茄F1、(栽培番茄粤农二号×类番茄茄)×多腺番茄F1(编号为98-5-3-1)的16个、4个异源四倍体植株及(栽培番茄粤农二号×类番茄茄)×(栽培番茄粤农二号×秘鲁番茄)F1(编号为1-6-1)的9个异源四倍体植株、1个八倍体植株.
With the induction of mutation by 2 g/L colchicine following morphological and cytological examinations, 16 allotetrapolids of Lycopersicon esculentum var. Yuenong No.2 × Solanum lycopersicoides, 4 allote-trapolids of ( L. esculentum var. Yuenong No. 2×S. lycopersicoides )×L. glandulosum, 9 allotetrapolids and 1 allooctoploid of (L. esculentum var. Yuenong No.2 × S. lycopersicoides) × (L. esculentum var. Yuenong No. 2 × L. peruvianum ) were obtained.
