摘要
通过建立大鼠力竭性游泳模型,对力竭运动所致血清睾酮(T)、黄体生成素(LH)水平变化进行了观察测定,并对变化机制进行了初步研究探讨。发现力竭状态下大鼠血清T下降,LH则未见相应变化,且其睾丸重量显著下降,揭示此种运动形式下,血清T的降低与LH的调控无关,而是睾丸间质细胞分泌功能受抑的结果。
Based on the model of exhaustive swimming of mice,this study investigated the changes of serum testosterone(T)and luteinising hormone(LH)before and after exercise in.mice.Meanwhile,this study explored priliminaryly the mechanism of the hormone change.The authors found that serum T decreased markably but LH did not show the same changes simultaneously,and weight of testicles reduced significantly when mice swam contimuously until exhaustion.These findings suggested that reduction of serum T did not relate to the regulation of LH level.It maybe resulted from the inhibition of secretion function of testicular mesenchymal cells in mice.
