摘要
指出股利增长模型在上市公司权益成本估算过程中存在的缺陷后，在实证分析的基础上，通过引入对影响公司收益的市场因素和产业因素的分析。
The shortcomings of increasing dividends model was analyzed in the paper,then a new method of estimating common equity cost of a corporation was put forward based on analysis of market factors and industrial factors which influence the earnings of the corporation.
