摘要
从思维角度研究了高层管理系统与工程系统的差异，指出了高层管理系统中存在高层管理者赖以进行直感判断的意境因素，意境因素是两种系统的本质差异．
Even though it has been recognized that human beings are units of top management system (TMS),TMS has not been studied from the point of view of thinking.In this paper the differences between TMS and engineering system (ES) have been studied from the point of view of thinking.The differences between TMS and ES are “context”and “background”relating with managers image thinking.Any TMS study is a system reconstructed by mind.
