香港普及文化是由于香港特殊的人口构成、现代化的商业经济社会结构、自由开放的文化政策等因素而形成。香港的普及文化有助于弥补我国长期以来形成的大众娱乐审美消费市场的空白,有助于形成适应社会主丈市场经济的文化、价值观念。
The prosperity of pop culture in Hongkong owes much to its racial diver-sity , modern commerce and social composition, free and open cultural policy, etc, Hongkong' s pop culture may help filling the blank of mass culture in China's Mainland , It may also help constructing a new culture and a new set of values that are in tune with the socialist market economy.The rural reform and the changing status of peasantry have remoulded the peasants' attitude towards politics, society and culture, We must face the new reality, strengthen the autonomous system in rural areas, facilitate peas-ants' participation in politics,and improve their cultural quality.To modernize China, we should not frpget to modernize the farming population.
