摘要
开展好党的群众路线教育实践活动,是新疆当前最重要的政治责任和历史使命。新疆开展好群众路线教育实践活动具有全局性、战略性、针对性、现实性、必要性和紧迫性。要清醒把握新疆区情,紧密联系新疆实际,着力解决突出问题。坚持正风肃纪,突出政治坚强;坚持改进作风,坚决反对"四风";坚持解放思想,注重开拓创新。要牢固树立群众观点,务求活动取得成效,保持党同各族人民的血肉联系,充分发挥各族人民的主体作用,让各族人民群众过上更好的日子。
The Party's mass-line educational campaign to be implemented well is the most important political obligation and historic mission in Xinjiang at present. Awareness of the regional situation and better ideological sense are involved in present-day campaign. Such a campaign is featured by perspectives of overall situation, strategy, pertinence, pragmatism, necessity and urgency. Closer ties with local reality is focused on solution to striking issues. We stick to moral air and strict discipline with focus set on stronger ideology; to better work style and opposition to 'four immoral acts';to mind emancipation and innovation. Firmer development of mass-oriented idea to ensure that the campaign will take effect and blood-and-flesh ties between the Party and people in different ethnic groups be maintained so as to make a full use of principal role played by the people in ethnic groups and have them live in a better life.
