Abstract In the Process of the development and the commercialization about new technology,the High-Tech enterprises are contronted with some risk·Basing on the main characteristics of modern industrial technology,the risks faced by High-Tech enterprises,are divided into marketing risk,R&D risk,Product development risk,substitution risk,and erosion risk,Then,the reason and the preventive measure for the above different risk are dliscussed in this paper.
