跨文化冲突与谈判 被引量:1

摘要 在跨文化交际中,文化冲突体现其本质特征:(1) 个体主义———集体主义的价值倾向冲突;(2) 弱语境与强语境的冲突;(3)单向记时制与多向记时制的冲突。由于这些特性的作用,在跨文化交际中,期望的违背频频发生,致使冲突不能得到有效控制。因此,正确把握跨文化冲突的特性,对于有效地调停冲突,达到成功的跨文化交际,具有十分重要的意义。
