摘要
《考绩簿》是尹湾汉墓简牍中最重要的部分，它所反映的西汉时期东海郡吏员考绩情况，是研究西汉政治制度的一份宝贵史料。本文对《考绩薄》的进一步探讨，提出了很多新的问题，也充分肯定了它的史料价值。
Kaojibu(Evaluation of Achievents 考绩薄)is the most important part of the bamboo and wooden slips found in Han tombs in Yinwan.Reflecting the governmental evaluation of the officers'achievements in Konghai Jun(郡)during the period of Western Han,these bamboo slips have been one of the precious historical materials for the study of Western Han's political institutions.The thesis here explores Kaojibu further and puts forward manty new questions while it throws some positive light on their value as historical materials.
