摘要
研究了将证据推理方法用于住宅质量评估的问题,阐述了递归证据推理的算法及相应的推理合成步骤,根据住宅设计规范和有关住宅质量的法律法规及证据推理的特点,建立了由6个一级指标和18个二级指标构成的住宅质量评估指标体系,最后将提出的评估体系用于某小区住宅质量评估。
In this paper, it is described how the evidential reasoning approach is applied to assess the quality of newly built houses. The recursive ER algorithm and its computational steps are outlined. According to the law and statute about design and quality of houses and characteristic of evidential reasoning, a criteria hierarchy of assessing house quality is constructed.It consists of six first-level criteria and eighteen second-level criteria.Finally a case is analyzed to illustrate the approach.
