摘要
对国内多年来一直使用的传统管理模式及国际市场上近年来发展应用较多的CM模式、DB模式、EPC模式、TKM模式、PMC模式六种不同管理模式下业主的管理工作进行了比较,力求为我国工程项目管理模式的拓展提供一些思路。
Comparison was made on owners project management under six project management modes such as the traditional management mode which has been used in domestic for many years and CM mode,DB mode,EPC model,TKM model,PMC model which have been developed and applied in international market in recent years. The aim is to provide some ideas for the expansion of engineering project management mode in China.
