金融危机背景下,建筑企业面临着投资和经营等方面的严重困难。对于金融危机背景下如何扶持建筑企业,本文提出了拓展业务领域,扶持"走出去";减轻企业负担,提升竞争力;规范税收征管,完善征收办法;多管齐下,提升融资能力等建议。
Under the background of financial crisis, construction enterprises are facing the serious difficulties about investment and operation. About how to support construction enterprises under the background of financial crisis, the paper proposes some suggestions including expanding business regions, supporting them to'go global'; releasing the enterprise burden, promoting the competitive ability; regulating the tax levy and management; promoting financing ability with a multi-pronged.
