摘要
本文旨在研究在国际和国内资源紧张、大力倡导在资源回收再利用的大背景下,从废旧塑料回收利用的国内外现状出发,以浙江慈溪废旧塑料回收加工产业为例,分析考察我国废旧塑料回收加工产业传统模式现今发展所面临的困境,并且以科学发展观为依据,进一步思考如何突破自身发展瓶颈、实现产业转型升级,从而有利于社会可持续发展的对策与思路。
This article is aimed to study in the large background of international and domestic resources tension and vigorously advocate for recycling and reutilization,from the current international and domestic situation of the recycling of waste plastics,take recycling of waste plastic industry in Cixi as an example,analyze the difficulties faced by the current development of China's traditional model of waste plastics recycling industry,and base on the scientific concept of development for the further thought about how to break through the bottlenecks in their own development and achieve industrial transformation and upgrading,which will contribute to sustainable social development strategies and ideas.
