摘要
分析了进行BT项目投资控制的必要性,界定了BT项目投资成本的范围和阶段。根据BT项目的特点,把BT项目运行的过程分成项目决策阶段、项目准备阶段、项目招标阶段、项目实施阶段(设计阶段、施工阶段)、项目转让阶段,从全过程的角度探讨了BT项目的投资控制。
The necessary of investment control to BT project is analyzed. The scope of investment cost and stages to BT project are defined. According to BT project features, the operation process of BT project is put into decision-making stage, project preparation stage, the tender stage, the project implementation phase (design and construction phase) and the project assignment stage, investment control of BT projects is discussed from the perspective of the entire process.
