摘要
问题的提出体力的恢复,首先是疲劳的消除。一般认为疲劳是由长时间紧张活动所引起的一种机体状态,其特征是工作能力降低。从疲劳的部位看,最先在大脑皮质的神经细胞中产生,且与体内能量物质消耗过多和恢复不足有关。所以要解除疲劳首先应该是中枢神经系统能量的迅速恢复和改善。常用的物理恢复手段(慢跑、按摩、淋浴等)都是通过对机体各部组织进行主动和被动的机械性恢复,只能反射性地改善和调节中枢神经系统的机能。
The effects of 'psychological recovery training' were studied through physiological and biochemical tests on athletes before and after heavy exercise.
The measurements taken in these tests, which involved such items as pulses, blood pressures, urinual protein, body weights, hemoglobin and electrocar-
diograms, indicate that 'psychological recovery training' helps remove fatigue and, being simple and easy to practise, it can be used as a new, supple-
mentary means of recovery after daily training.
