摘要
最近几年,我国高校大学生勤工俭学活动蓬勃发展,而深圳大学的学生勤工俭学活动,无论是指导思想,还是活动规模和组织形式,都别具一格。本文综述了深圳大学学生勤工俭学活动的发展历程,并以大量的事例,论述了勤工俭学活动如何成为大学生的第二课堂,如何在这个课堂里加强学生自立能力、社会责任感、社会适应能力和专业知识运用能力的培养。文中还对第二课堂的未来发展作了预测。
In the Universities of China, Students' part-study-part-work Programme has been gaining momentum in recent years. The part-time-work programme carried out in Shenzhen University presents some unique characteristics in whatever aspects, such as the guiding principle, the scale of the programme and the mode of organization, etc. This paper offers a brief account of the course in which Shenzhen University's part-time-work programme has been developing and, backed by plenty of examples, expounds the verdict that part-time-work programme has become the second classroom for the students. Thepaper also goes deep into the issue of how to cultivate the students'sense of self-reliance, sense of social responsibility, capability of self adaptation to the society, and the ability to bring their professional knowledge into full play. Finally the paper gives. a forecast for the future of this second classroom.
