摘要
人权是近年来国际论坛中激烈斗争的焦点之一，而发展权是发达国家和发展中国家反复交锋的一个重要方面。发展中国家经过艰苦努力，在联合国提出并通过《发展权利宣言》，是突破资产阶级传统人权概念所做出的重要贡献，却遭致美国等西方国家的非议，从而充分暴露了西方将人权政治化，利用保护人权这一口号服务于本国利益的伪善面目。
With the issue of human rights being a focus of intense struggle in international arena, the right of develop ment is one of the major issues about which there have been repeated confrontations between the developed and the developing countries. The Declaration on the Right of Development was put forward by the developing countries through their strenuous efforts and approved in the United Nations eventually．By breaking away from the traditional bourgeois ideas on human rights，the developing countries have thus made a significant contribution to the cause of human rights．The critical opinions held by the United States and other Western countries about the Declaration have fully exposed their attempt to politicize the human rights issue and their hypocrisy in protecting their vested interests under the pretext of defending human rights.
