Abstract Since Hong Kong returned to the motherland,the GuangdongHong Kong economic relationship has entered a new stage.The situation is favorable for these two regions to establish a reasonable structural economic co-operation in increasing technical contents of products,developing hightech industries,strengthening the co-operation of tertiary industry,and coordinating infrastructure construction.
