摘要
在21世纪前10年安徽省劳动力供给趋势取决于本省的人口与经济发展水平。安徽省劳动就业的压力在未来逐渐缓和,而老年人口的就业将成为一个重要问题。偏低的人口文化素质会在相当长时间里对未来的社会经济发展产生消极的影响,而女性人口在就业市场中的竞争力会得到提高。未来大批农村劳动力仍将向本省的城镇地区和收入较高的外省市流动。
In the first decade of the 21st century, the demand and supply tendency of Anhui labor force is decidedby its population and economy status. The pressure of employment will ease up gradually in Anhui province, while employment of old labor will be more and more cruical. The lower education level will give negative impact on the economic development in the future. On the other hand, women labor become competative in employment market. A lot of rural labor will migrate to urban or other higher income regiones.
