摘要
本文分析了西部地区的经济现状及落后的原因，指出了加大西部地区发展的意义。
Abstract :This paper analyses the Situation and cause of backward of western region,reveals the meanings of promoting the progressment of western region,and proposes the ideologies of deepening the developing gree.
