中西部与东部地区经济发展的二元结构性梯度，是我国区际经济联合的有效载体。东西部经济联合的实现形式有五种基本模式：（１）东部资金＋东部技术＋中西部基础设施；（２）东部大公司＋中西部大农业＋中西部大市场；（３）东部的优势企业＋中西部相关产业＋中西部的优势资源；（４）东部的资金＋中西部的“三线”企业；
The gradation of binary economic structures between mid western and eastern areas is an effective carrier of inter area economic combination in our country. There are five basic models realizing in the eastern and western areas: (1) capitals of the eastern area + techniques of the eastern area + basic facilities of the mid western area; (2) big companies of the eastern area + agriculture of the mid western area + vast markets of the mid western area; (3) superior enterprise of the eastern area + relevant industry of the mid western area + superior resources of the mid western area; (4) capital of the eastern area + remote region enterprise of the mid western area; (5) the conception of the eastern area + the policies of the mid western area.
