摘要
根据知识经济的特点，知识经济时代对人才的要求有五个方面的统一：基础性与创造性、全面发展与个性特长、民主精神与法制观念、主体意识与奉献精神、智力因素与非智力因素。
According to the characteristic of knowledge-economy,there are five unities in demand to talented person:fundamentality and creativity,all-round development and personal speciality,democratic spirit and legal system concept,subject consciousness and devoting spirit,intelligence factors and nointelligence factors.
