摘要
本文根据缺口模型，从储蓄、外汇、财政、市场、技术和效率等方面分析了民族地区利用外资的必要性；指出积极合理有效利用外资是弥补建设资金补足，促进民族地区经济发展的有效途径；提出改善投资环境，提高外资吸收能力、优化外资结构、合理配置外资。
Abstract Using the moduel of inefficiency,and from the perspectives of
banksaving,forergn currencies,ect.,the author elaborates the necessity of the utilization of foreign
capitals in the nationalities areas,emphacising the fact that the efficent use of forergn capitals is a
good method of making up for the shortage of currency in those area.He points out that the
strategic alternatives include improving investment environments,rationalizing the usages of
foreign capitals,making better use of foreign currencies.
