The vicious motive of the Japanese imperialistic aggressive policy through emigration to the northest of China was especially the military strategic intentions of the security and the national defence.Through emigration,the Japanese imperialists attempted to expand their strengths in China,suppress the anti Japanese armed force,relieve the reserved source of Kanto Army troops,form a bastion of iron against Soviet Union,stabilize the “public order”of the colony,strengthen the Japanese domination in “Manchuria”,build up the “base of the New Continental Policy”,then proceeded to realize their criminal ambitions of annexing China and further dominating Aisa.
