摘要
本文从中国农业的现状及特点出发，分析了长期稳定地实行家庭承包经营对中国农业和农村的现实意义。并通过分析家庭承包责任制与土地规模经营、集体经济的发展和完善之间的关系，结合中国农业生产力发展水平和实际情况，阐述了对邓小平实现农业“两个飞跃”
Based on the status quo and characteristics of agriculture in Chinese rural areas, this article analyses the practical significance of long term Household Responsibility and management. Combining the status quo and the level of development of Chinese agricultural productivity, the article analyses the relations between Household Responsibility system and scale Land Operation, and the relations between Household Responsibility system and development and consumation of collective economy. The author thinks that Dengs thoughts about accomplishing 'the two leaps' in agriculture and guiding significance to development of Chinese agriculture are practical in many ways.
