摘要
同治时期，太平天国起义失败前后，清统治者以整饬吏治为名，行争权夺利之实，故无法解决封建制度产生的吏治问题，同时也导致了同治朝吏治的进一步恶化。
The Qing rulers during Tong Zhi Reign rectified the governance of officials in name but scrambled for power and profit in reality they could not solve the problems of governance of officials caused by the feudal system around the defeat of the Tai Ping Uprising.The governance of officials further deteriorated.This alienation indicated that the traditional way of rectifying the governance of officals had fallen into impass.
