摘要
本文认为：产业资本国际化主要是通过企业经营的国际化来实现的，而企业的国际化经营活动更多地具有动态化的特征；直接投资越来越成为经济全球化进程的主要驱动力之一，其重要表现是企业的国际化生产规模越来越大，第二、三产业成为资本国际化程度最高的领域；企业加速的生产国际化表现出不平衡发展的态势。
Abstract Internationalization of the industrial capital for production is realized through internationalization of management in enterprises. As internationalization of management is dynamic in nature, direct investment has become one of the major driving forces in the course of globalization of world economy. The scale of production tends to become larger and larger with the 2nd and 3rd industries achieving the highest degree of internationalization. The process of internationalization is not balanced, though. Apparently, the pace of development among developed countries is very much quickened.
