摘要
区域经济发展不平衡是各国普遍存在的现象。缩小地区发展差距是战后世界各国共同的政策取向。对落后地区采取灵活多样的援助方式是各国区域均衡发展政策的具体体现 ,援助方式主要有政府投资、政府采购、转移支付、税收优惠、金融倾斜。
The disequilibrium of regional economy was or is a universal phenomenon of every country in the world. This kind of phenomenon exists in China .The disequilibrium of regional economy between the east and west China should be regarded as n objective, inevitable, normal phenomenon. In the face of the disequilibrium of regional economy, the governments of every country in the world have adopted various policies. They have established the policy direction of reducing the great disparity in regional economy and have taken powerful measures to support the backward areas to develop. In the course of developing backward areas, a series of current practices have been formed. We should use these practices as reference in the development of west China.
