《圣经》中文全译本的完成是近代基督教事业的一大成功的标志。它的完成者是 19世纪初来华的基督新教传教士马礼逊。《圣经》中文全译本的出现 ,促进了基督教在中国的传播 ,对中国近现代文学产生了重要影响 ,同时也为后来的新教徒从事《圣经》
The Chinese translation of the full text of the Holy Bible is a sign of success of moder Christianity.The translator was Robert Morrison who came to China as missionary at the beginning of the 19 th century.The appearance of the version promoted the widespread of Christianity in China,exercised important influences on modern and contemporary Chinese literature,and provided an example for later translations of the Holy Bible.
