摘要
本文在分析洪涝灾害成因的基础上建立了洪涝灾害防御对策体系 ,并提出长江流域可持续发展的岩土工程对策。
This paper proposes that flood prevents the sustainable development of Yangze River Basin,and sets up the system of preventing flood disasters by analysing the cause of flood, and gives geotechnologyical measures for the sustainable development.
