摘要
顾维钧是民国外交界的领袖人物和著名的国际政治家 ,其联美外交思想有一个发生、发展及其具体运作的过程。通过考察顾氏联美外交思想来检视当时的中美关系 ,并作出与之相应的价值估量 。
Gu Weijun was a leader in the diplomatic circle of the Republic an China and a well—known international politician. This essay attempts to explore the development and the concrete operating process of Gu’s diplomatic ideology of uniting the U.S.A.so as to examine the U.S.—China relationship at that time and tries to make a corresponding evaluation of its value as a reference for the effective operation of contemporary diplomacy.
