摘要
文章对高等院校发展中，教学管理部门面临的发展、稳定和调整改革等问题就人才 培养、竞争能力、管理取向、管理层次等方面进行了分析。
This paper analyzes such aspects as professionals cultivation, compe titive ability, management orientation, administrative structure, and so on. The se aspects concern the issues of the development, stability, adjustment and refo rm of the teaching administration department in the course of the development of institutions of higher learning.
