摘要
为了鞍马训练适应鞍马竞赛规则修改的要求。通过文献资料法和调查访问法 ,对新旧规则的变化及评分特点进行了比较分析。结果认为 :在比赛中获得较高的起评分 ,需要增加高难动作 ,加强上肢力量练习 。
