摘要
在社会主义市场经济体制下,图书出版业作为一种产业面临着激烈的市场竞争,传统的图书编辑职业意识和工作方法受到了严峻的挑战,图书编辑必须适应图书市场竞争的需要,转换职业意识,迎接挑战。新形势下图书编辑的职业意识应该包括:导向意识、服务意识、策划意识、创新意识、市场意识、责任意识。
With the establishment of market economy in China, competition in China's book publishingindustry is getting more and more intense, book editor's traditional professional consciousness and workingmethods are meeting severe challenges. Book editors must meet these challenges and adopt themselves tocompetition in book industry by changing their former professional consciousness. Book editor's professional consciousness under the new conditions includes the following: the consciousness of political orientation, the consciousness of serving the readers, the consciousness of planning, the consciousness of origination, the consciousness of market, and the consciousness of responsibility.
