摘要
“分理”是戴震哲学的核心概念，也是理解戴震伦理学中自由思想的关键。因为“分理”概念蕴含着自由思想的形而上学基础。戴震提出的“理也者，情之不爽失也”和“欲而不私”两个著名命题，与现代自由主义者探讨的自由意志与道德律令、个人自由及其边界等问题可以沟通，其自由思想在精神上与李贽一脉相承，但其对自由的认识与论述比李贽更深刻。
The differentiated principle is the kernal concept in Dai Zhen's philosophy,and also the key to understand the thought of freedom in his ethics.The main contribution of this essay is as follows.By analysing the concept of differentiated principle,the metaphysical basis of his thought of freedom has been brought out.Furthermore,two famous propositions of Dai Zhen, namely,principle is the undeviating emotion,and,be desirous but not be selfish,may be communicated with the free will which has pursued by the modern liberals all the time,so also is the case with moral law,personal liberty and the other merginal problems.Finally,Dai Zhen's thought of freedom is in the same strain with that of Li Zhi,but he understood and expounded the concept of freedom more profoundly and more flexibly than Li Zhi did.
