分析了施洋参与并领导联省自治的主客观因素，剖析了其在运动中的思想与活动，总结了失败的原因和教训，评价了他转变的意义。
This article analyzes the subjective and objective elements of Shi Yang's participating and leading the self-governing and federating movement of provinces,examines his thoughts and activities in the movement,summarizes the lessons of the failure and also comments on the great significance of his thoughts transformation.
