摘要
就业问题是城市化加速发展过程中必须正视的严峻问题。首先分析了我国目前面临的就业压力状况,然后从城市化的实质出发,探讨了经济增长与就业的关系,然后提出了创造就业、推进城市化的对策措施。应在促进经济增长的同时,根据比较优势原则,合理确定国家和地区的产业结构,采取促进经济发展和就业增加的新型工业化道路,有重点的发展高新技术产业和对就业带动作用明显的制造业和服务业,推进城市化在经济发展和非农就业增长拉动下的可持续发展。
Unemployment is serious problem in the course of accelerating development of urbanization. Firstly, the paper analyze the pressure of unemployment. Secondly, started with essence of urbanization, the paper probe into relationship between economic development and employment. Then, the paper bring out measures in creating employment and promoting urbanization. Economic development should be promoted, simultaneously, according principle of comparative advantage, reasonably national and regional industrial structure should be determined. At the same time, new industrialization way of promoting economic development and employment rising should be chosen, A good job should be done in sustainable development pushed by urbanization and non-agricultural employment, in particular, better management should be practiced to the urban informal employment. At the same time, key high-tech industry and manufacturing as well as service trades should be encouraged.
