摘要
提出了智力单元的概念，指出智力单元是智力资源的基本单元，是信息加工业的基本单位，是中小企业的胚胎，是知识经济社会生产力的主体，是知识经济中最活跃、最革命的因素。为迎接知识经济的挑战，必须改善智力单元形成与成长的环境。
This paper defines the concept of intellectual module as the basic unit of intellectual resources and of information processing industry. It is an embryo of small and medium enterprises, the main part of productivity as well as the most active and revolutionary element in knowledge economy. To meet the challenge of knowledge economy, the formation and growth environment of intellectual module must be improved to actively promote its construction.
