摘要
目的探讨幼儿园群体应用氟化泡沫进行预防性龋齿干预的效果。方法本研究设研究组197名龋齿患儿进行氟化泡沫预防性治疗,并以同期180名未接受该治疗的儿童进行龋齿发生率的2年期为临床随访对照。结果两组儿童在研究开始前,预防组其龋齿发生率为62.94%,对照组龋齿发病率为61.67%,两组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。进行氟化泡沫预防治疗后,在临床随访期,研究组的龋齿发病率降至41.12%,对照组的龋齿发生率为73.89%,研究组比对照组的龋齿发生率显著下降(χ2=7.212,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。此外,在临床随访期,研究组197名儿童中新发龋齿病例14人,占7.11%,对照组180名儿童中37人新发龋齿,占20.56%,故研究组其新发龋齿率比对照组显著要低(χ2=16.188,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论氟化泡沫应用于学龄前儿童、尤其是幼儿园群体的大面积预防性龋齿干预疗效极佳。
Objective To study the effect of the application of fluoride foam on kindergarten children for pre- venting dental caries. Methods The fluoride foam preventive therapy was carried on a study group of 197 children with,dental caries.Another 180 children of the same situation were not given such treatment.A 2- year clinical follow-up was taken to study the incidence of dental caries of the two groups. Results Before the study,the caries incidence of the prevention group was 62.94%,and that of the control group was 61.67%,the result showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After the prevent treatment of fluoride foam was applied,during the clinical follow-up period,the incidence of dental caries of prevention group significantly dropped to 41.12%,while that of the control group was 73.89%,and the difference be- tween them was statistically significant.In addition,the prevention group added 14new cases(7.11%),yet the control group added 37new cases(20.56%).The statistics for the prevention group was much better than that of control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Fluoride foam used among preschool children,especially kindergarten children has a positive effect on the prevention of dent- al caries.
