调控一体化模式下线路跳闸处理流程的优化 被引量:2

摘要 由于黄山地区环境和气候原因,线路跳闸比较密集。短时间内多条线路跳闸时调度员经常处理不过来,线路不能及时得到处理,拖延了恢复供电。针对这一问题,深入调查分析线路不能及时得到处理的原因,并利用调控一体化模式的有利优势,提出了优化线路跳闸处理流程的解决方案。为了保障解决方案的安全性和有效性,采取了一系列保障措施。解决方案的实施情况表明,通过优化线路跳闸处理流程,有效地缩短了线路跳闸处理的等待时间。 Because of Huangshan region environment and climate,line tripping are more intensive.When several lines tripping within a short time,the dispatchers were often too husy to handle in time.The tripped lines couldn't recover in time.In order to solve this problem,the paper further investigates and analyzes the reason of the tripped lines which were not dealt with in time. And take advantage of superiority of dispatch-control-collecting model,it put forward the optimization line tripping processing of solutions.For the safety and effectiviness of the solutions,series of safeguard measurement are adopted.Implementation of the solution showed that wait time of processing was effectively reduced by optimizing processing of line tripping.
