摘要
全麻机制的研究进展体现在药物作用部位和药物作用机制两方面,以及麻醉与睡眠关系。新型脑成像技术提示全麻作用是多部位,对特定脑区的功能具有抑制作用。关于全麻作用机制的研究认为,除了过去的脂质学说外,新型的蛋白质学说和离子通道学说,以及构成通道的特异亚基组成都参与了全麻作用机制。新型的神经网络机制学说更强调全麻作用是多部位、多机制共同参与的结果。
The progresses of the general anesthesia mechanisms are focused on the sites of action and themechanisms of specific drugs, as well as the relationship between anesthesia and sleeping. The latest brainimaging techniques demonstrate the multi-site of anesthetics' actions. The novel theories as ion channels andtheir specific subunits formation are the basic studying results. The neuronal network theory emphasizes thatmulti-site and multi-mechanism are participated in the mechanisms of general anesthesia.
