摘要
浙北地域快速城市化进程使区域水资源的保护与利用面临着严重的挑战 ,这已成为区域可持续发展的限制因素。本文在分析区域水环境问题的基础上 ,提出了促进区域可持续利用的对策。
The process of rapid urbanization in North Zhejiang territory has led to a serious conflict between exploitation and protection of regional water resource, and now this conflict has been one of important limiting factors to sustainable development of this territory. Based on analyzing regional water problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures with intention to facilitate sustainable development of this territory.
