摘要
从学分制的内涵及实施学分制教学管理的需要,提出制定学分制培养计划需要转变的教育思想、教育观念,对学分的计算、学分结构及毕业总学分要求、课程体系设置、短学期教学教学计划、辅修专业、第二专业和第二学位、考试方式改革等关键问题的处理方式进行了探讨。
Based on the connotation of the credit system and the necessity of implementing the credit system in education administration, the paper discusses the need to change the educational ideology and concepts in making the credit system - based training plan and the problems regarding the calculation of credits, the credit composition, the total required credits to graduate, the minors, the second major, the second degree and the testing reform.
