摘要
作为西部地理与社会经济的重要组成部分,山区在开发中的可持续发展问题将受到充分的重视。本文从山区资源特点与社会经济特征入手,分析了西部山区发展的制约因素与机遇,阐述了山区可持续发展的模式。从国家、地方政府、山区群众三个层次提出可持续发展的策略选择与管理。
As an important geographic, social and economic part in the western regions, the mountainous areas have given priority to their sustainable development. Based on the natural resources and the social and economic features in the mountainous areas, the paper analyzes the limitations and opportunities in their development and sets forth the models for their sustainable development. Moreover, the paper also proposes the strategic options and management of the sustainable development from the perspectives of the nation, the local government and the masses in the mountainous areas.
