摘要
电子商务作为一种新的经济运作模式,已经成为当今世界贸易发展的新趋势。但是,目前中国大中型企业开展外部电子商务的条件还不成熟。目前开展企业内部电子商务确有必要性和优越性。企业内部电子商务的顺利开展和实施不但可以促进中国电子商务的发展,更重要的是,还可以促进中国服务业的发展,这对加快中国市场经济的发展和完善至关重要。
As a new business mode, ECommerce has being the trend of World Trade development. However, it is not mature that most large & mediumsized enterprises of China adopt the new trade mode-- ECommerce at present. This article analyzes the necessity of developing Internal ECommerce, the superiority of carrying out Internal ECommerce at present and some strategies Chinese large & mediumsized enterprises should adopt during each period of developing and implementing Internal ECommerce. The successful implementation of Internal ECommerce in one enterprise may boost the development of common ECommerce in China; and more importantly, which can improve the development of service industry .All these are crucial to the developing and perfecting of Chinese marketing economy.
