摘要
招投标的优点在于它引进了市场竞争机制。面对一个项目通常有几家、十几家甚至几十家承包商来参与竞争,承包商将处于十分不利地位。故此针对这些不利因素进行分析,并介绍了几种投标策略。
Improving the quality of construction is an important issue to be immediately dealt with at present, because the products of construction have a great impact on the society. As the first step of the engineering construction, the engineering tender is so vital. The essay is to probe the prenomerron that violating the laws or regulations exists in the engineering tender of our country and to offer some satisfactory solutions.
