摘要
周恩来在此期间决策失误的主要原因是 :缺少社会主义的建设经验 ;出于顾全大局的考虑 ;出于对毛泽东的信服和尊重。客观分析周恩来决策失误的原因有助于我们总结历史经验教训 ,提高我党决策水平 。
Lack of the experience of building socialism, consideration of the overall situation at that time and the wish to show belief in and respect for Mao Tse-tong were the reasons for Zhou En-lai's decision fault in this period. An objective analysis of this can help us sum up experience and draw a lesson from it. It can also enhance the ability of decision-making of the Party and it can further the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
