摘要
党的十六大提出我国在 2 1世纪要走新型工业化道路 ,这是对传统工业化的扬弃。新型工业化与城市生态环境之间的积极互动 ,不仅会大大提升城市环境水平 。
The 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China proposes that our country should walk in the new-type industrialized road in the 21st century, this is sublation of the traditional industrialization. The positive interaction between New-type industrialization and urban ecological environment will not only promote the urban environment level greatly, but also promote the urban's sustainable development.
