摘要
传统企业应用电子商务应该以电子商务战略为基础和导向,对电子商务战略进行系统规划是向成功迈出的重要一步。对传统企业如何进行电子商务战略规划进行了探讨,着重论述了电子商务战略规划的8个步骤,并且得出一个传统企业电子商务战略规划模型。
E-commerce must be carried out in traditional enterprises on the basis of E-commerce strategy. It is the first important step to make a systemic plan for E-commerce strategy. How to plan the E-commerce strategy for the traditional enterprise was discussed, eight steps in the process of planning were explored and a model of the E-commerce strategy planning was made.
