摘要
汉族作为西夏境内一个重要的民族,西夏采取什么样的政策对他们进行统治呢?作为统治民族的党项人与汉族的关系体现出以下三个特点:其一,由于汉族儒士有着丰富的统治经验,因此受到西夏统治者的重用。其二,出于自身统治的需要,西夏王室非常重视与汉族的通婚,并允许党项族人民与汉族的结合。其三,由于受汉族四夷观念的影响,西夏统治者很难从心理上认同汉族,对汉族施行了一些歧视与压迫政策。
What kind of policy did Xixia adopt to rule the Han,which was an important nationality at that time? It is really a significant question for us to answer.However,historical studies lack of historical data.This paper is trying to discuss the policies adapted by Xixia to the Han from the following three aspects.Firstly,owing to the Han bureaucrats' rich governing experience,they were appointed as important officials.Secondly,owing to their own need of governing.Thirdly,owing to the influence of Han's conception of Si Yi,the rulers of Xixia couldn't regard themselves as sharing the characteristics of Han,and they carried out some discriminating and oppressive policies on the Han.
